What is Rent, Try, Buy!
Rent, Try, Buy! means you can choose to rent from our range of vehicles available and you have the option to buyout a vehicle after 12
or 36 months rental, where the buyout is a fixed cost and pre-determined at the commencement of your rental.

Do I have to rent for 12 months?
Not at all. We have a range of rental terms so whether you need a vehicle for the weekend, a week, or a month or a year, we will have

How do I apply to rent?
Once you have chosen the vehicle you want to rent, you can apply by:

What information do I need when applying?
You will need:
Photo identification (a drivers licence, passport or 18+ card)
Residential, Landlord or Real Estate Agent details
Employer details or Pension details
Details of three personal references, with their names, addresses and phone numbers
Can I rent from you if I am unemployed or on a pension?
Yes. Drop in to see me and I can assess your needs and financial situation.
Why do you require references?
As part of the credit check process, we require three personal references in order to verify the details you have given us.
Is there a deposit or bond required?
There is no deposit or bond on an 18 month rental contract.
What happens if I move?
Contact us to advise us of your new address.
Can I end my rental contract early?
Yes, you can. Contact us and we can advise you of the payment amount and early termination fee for ending your contract.
What happens if my vehicle breaks down?
One of the many benefits of renting with us is that if your vehicle breaks down during your rental, we will service and repair it absolutely FREE!
Can I book a package, car & accommodation package?
Accommodation & Vehicle packages are available with our preferred providers.
How can I make my payments?
Payments can be made:
In person at Northwest™ auto rentals by cash, credit card or eftpos.
